Brazil is the largest producer of oranges in the world, followed by USA, China, India, Mexico, Egypt and Spain. These 7 countries produce 68% of all available orange, while using its productions in different ways. Brazil is also the biggest exporter of FCOJ in the world. The main product extracted from orange is frozen concentrated orange juice (FCOJ). Through extraction and concentration process, FCOJ is produced without any loss of its qualities and without any use of additives, and after this process, frozen at low temperatures to preserve their natural properties, especially as vitamin C.
